The Epistle of Paul The Book of Romans series: Learning to be rooted and established in The Cross of Christ

God is manifest in them

Romans 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

In this verse when Paul says, “Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them;" can be translated "Or, to them." also in the Greek text γνωστός gnōstós, gnoce-tos' and means: well-known:—acquaintance, (which may be) known, notable from this passage in this verse.

Here, when Paul says; "that which may be known" he is pointing specifically to the finished work at the Cross, because in Christ Jesus we can see that He is the true Light of God manifested before all men who put their complete trust in Him.

Isaiah 40:21 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?

Jesus is the Righteousness of God shown from Heaven, that God would love us so much He gave His only begotten Son that all may know Him and the love that He has for us, that was shown to us through what Jesus has done for us on the Cross.

John the Baptist came to bear witness of the light that would come into the world which is Jesus. (John 1:8-9).

When Paul says; "hath shewed" in the Greek is φανερόω phaneróō, fan-er-o'-o meaning to render apparent (literally or figuratively):—appear, manifestly declare, (make) manifest (forth), shew (self).

Even when Paul mentions the word "manifest" in this same verse, the Greek word φανερόω phaneróō, fan-er-o'-o can mean the same thing as "hath shewed".

Although there will be some who through their philosophies in psychology way of thinking will try to debate otherwise that there is more than one way to get to God but I tell you the truth that there is only one way to God and that way is only through Jesus.

Therefore, it is only through Jesus that mankind can receive the blessed hope that God has for all of those who put their faith, complete trust in Jesus, and the finished Work at Calvary's Cross.

God will never except anything else than His Son and the Precious Blood of Jesus must be applied, because without the shedding of Blood there can be no remissions of sins.

Because of Jesus and His finished work at the Cross, the Believer can now received freely the Gift of the Holy Spirit that dwells within us.

All must know that the Holy Spirit will never work outside or point anyone in any other direction except to the finished work of the Cross!

It is through the Cross of Christ, the wrath of God was satisfied that the sin debt was paid but even so, God gives every human being the choice to choose.

The free will to choose His way, which is Righteous, and all Righteousness comes through the Cross of Christ, and it is by faith we receive Justification for all sins, and are washed away by The Blood of Jesus.

To those who choose to refuse Gods way, will receive the wrath of God, and when anyone refuses the free gift that was paid for at the Cross, the judgment of God is and will be on the unrighteous.

God is Righteous and He is Just in all His ways, having said all what way will you choose?

To have any relationship with God, all must go through the Cross of Christ because Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life!

Jesus is God manifested in the flesh and the Fullness of the Grace of God.
